APARTMANI – VILLA MARIJA – OMIŠ - Opis apartmana

Villa Marija se nalazi u naselju Nemira u neposrednoj blizini Omiša i u sklopu iste je 5 apartmana uglavnom četveroležajnih. Vila je u lijepom okruženju velikog vrta u kojem možete boraviti, posjedujemo i vrtni roštilj kojim se možete prema vašim željama koristiti kao i vanjski tuš koji naročito veseli djecu. Vila je u ograđenom prostoru, imamo svoje parkiralište za cca 7 automobila. Apartmani su u cijelosti opremljeni u smislu posteljine, opremljene kuhinje-hladnjak, kuhalo-3 plin i 1 struja, pećnica, kafe-aparata, posuđa; na terasi je sjedaća garnitura-stol i stolice  Plaža je udaljena cca 80 metara, do nje se dolazi malom ulicom -cestom, te stepenicama. Plaža je šljunčana, nalazi se u uvali koja je ograđena sigurnosnim konopom, te postepeno nadolazi dublje more.

U neposrednoj blizini kuće (50 m) imamo dvije prodavaonice u kojima se možete snabdijeti sa svim potrebnim prehrambenim artiklima. Inače, kuća je smještena u mjestu Nemira koje je sastavni dio grada Omiša. Udaljena
je cca 4 km od središta grada do kojega se može sporednom cestom doći i pješice (inače se automobilom vozi 5 minuta magistralom). Omiš je prekrasan gradić na ušću rijeke Cetine, poznat po kanjonu kojom ova prolazi
te spoju s morem.U gradu je osim odmora, organiziran i aktivni odmor (vožnja biciklima, paraglajding, planinarenje, spuštanje niz rijeku Cetinu, izleti s brodom na otok Brač, i dr) Prema željama gosti mogu posjetiti Split (25 km), Makarsku (30 km). Što se tiče trgovina, ima ih na desetine uključivo s velikim prodajnim centrom (prehrana, banke, pošta, odjeća i dr.), u centru Omiša je tržnica i ribarnica na kojoj se svakodnevno može nabaviti svježa riba. Od Nemire ambulanta i prva pomoć su udaljeni cca 3 km i jako su dobro opremljeni s 24 satnim dežurstvima.

VILLA MARIA is located in a place Nemira, which is an integral part of the town  Omiš. The villa has 4 apartments on two floors. Each apartment has a separate entrance, separate bedroom (double bed), kitchen, bathroom and a terrace or balcony with view on the sea and the island Brac. Sofa beds are provided for children. Apartments are fully equipped in terms of bedding, equipped kitchen-sink, stove, gas and electricity, oven, coffee maker, dishes.

The house has the large garden where you can stay, also we have a barbecue with big stone table where you can spend lot of time. In the garden we have outdoor shower which was especially looking forward kids. We have also parking for 7 cars.

The beach is about 80 meters, until it comes to a small street-road, and stairs. A pebble beach, located in a bay that is surrounded safety rope and gradually coming into the sea.

In the immediate vicinity of the house (50 m), we have two stores where you can buy everything ( from bread, milk, cheese, fish etc).

Nemira  is cca 4 km from the city centar where you can get a side road and on foot (Otherwise the car drives highway 5 minutes).

Omiš is a beautiful town at the mouth of the river Cetina, known like canyon  that the river passes and merges with sea. In town besides the holiday, organized and active holidays (cycling, paragliding, hiking, rafting or canoying in the Cetina River, boat trips on island Brac, etc) guests can visit Split (25 km), Makarska (30 km). Omiš has lots of small markets, but also has the large shopping center (food, bank, post office, clothing, etc.), in the centar of Omiš are fish markets where you can get daily fresh fish.
