Od prirodnih znamenitosti najbliže moru leži Park prirode Skadarsko jezero, najveće jezero u jugozapadnoj Europi (530 km2), koji je podijeljen između Crne Gore i Albanije i to je jedan od najvećih ptičjih rezervata u Europi. U zaleđu Kotorskoga zaljeva se uzdiže planina – Park prirode Lovćen na kojem je muzej posvećen Petru II Petrović Njegoš. Jedina veća rijeka u neposrednom zaleđu Jadrana je Morača, koja istiječe u Skadarsko jezero i rijeku Bojanu. Najveća i najpoznatija plaža je Velika plaža na jugu Crnogorskog primorja u blizini Ulcinja koja se proteže 13 km. Crnogorsko primorje zasigurno nudi čisto more, neotkrivene plaže i nezaboravan odmor.
