The house is situated in the open country as well as in a very quiet area and offers a marvellous ambience for individuals in need of a rest. The distance to a very beautiful beach which is ideal for children is 150 metres. The beach is very long and it’s very suitable to go for a walk. As a result the house can be rented all over the year.
The house has 5 apartments. They dispose of a kitchen, a living room, separated bedrooms with folding beds, bathroom with shower, SAT-television and a balcony. The price for one apartment includes bed linen, a completely furnished kitchen with all necessary crockery and cutlery, the consumption of electricity and water as well as the final cleaning. A grill is also at your disposal. There is also a house-owned parking place in front of the house which disposes of parking spaces for cars. Next there is the possibility to use the washing machine.
There are several restaurants round around the vacation house, supermarkets, cafè-bars and discos, also a bank and a post office is in the closeness. Because of the mild climate and the mistral, which blows in the summer, is this a perfect location for sailing and wind surfing. The charisma and the ambience of Orebic will pull you in its spell, and you will always think with melancholy and joy of this place

Orebic
Orebić is situated on the southwestern part of the Peljesac peninsula at the bottom of the St. Elijah’s hill. It is a cradle of sea captains and sailors, whose rich tradition is kept at the Maritime Museum. The following cultural monuments can be visited in Orebić: the Franciscan monastery with a lookout, the church of Our Lady and a museum, Skvar, the Captain’s house, the Rector’s Palace, the Captain’s Cemetery and the winery.
